The Next Thirty Years...Lets Try The Next Thirty Days.

So I am now thirty, and at least thirty pounds overweight. I think that it is time to do something about that. I thought that posting my progress on my blog might help me stay focused. So for the next little while I will share my struggle to meet my fitness goals. I am not going on a diet, because men don't go on diets, I am starting a fitness program. As I post I would love to get any kind of advice from those out there that might be able to help. Weight is not my only concern but a big part of it. So this is where I stand at the moment.
Current Weight 205
Weight Goal 175
Lets see how much progress can be made in the next thirty days.

Good luck babe. I will do what I can to help. Thrying to drop the pounds sucks but I know you can do it.

Andy,
In two weeks I've only dropped 6 pounds, and if that was you I know you would have done it in the 1st week! I know you can drop the weight! I'd say lets have a contest but I know you would win!

hey!!! I miss you! when you don't want to lift that dumb bell up one more time or don't want to do that last push up... think of the time at the airport and we were "slap" happy! Do you remember that??
